- Lambert Chapman LLP
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “It is expected that 2025 will be a year of reduction in activity at Caetano UK, due to the reduction of fleet replacement by National Express and its operators, that extended the fleet useful life from 5 to 7 years, a reflect of the lower activity during the Covid period.”
- “The current contract for the supply of coaches to National Express operations is expected to last up to until mid-2025 and has been renewed in December 2024 which will ensure the business in the UK continues for the coming years.”
- “Efforts continue to be made to expand the number of new customers following electric and hydrogen powered mobility. Several demonstrations were carried out in 2024 for strategic customers and operators and are expected to leverage Caetano's sales from 2025, with greater expression in 2026 and 2027 due to the expansion of hydrogen mobility in London public transport.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
