“After careful consideration, including taking account of severe but plausible downside scenarios, cash and banking facilities available, and the current market conditions, the Directors confirm they are satisfied that the Company has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future, via the support of the wider Westerleigh Group, of which it is a member. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements.”
