“The directors have assessed the financial resources require for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, which indicate that, taking into account reasonably possible downsides, including the impact of a potential economic downturn and higher inflationary environment, the company will have sufficient funds through its recoverable net current assets and net assets to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period.
