“The Company meets its day to day working capital requirements from a European cash pool facility, operated by the Radisson Group. The Company has received a letter of support from its intermediary parent company, Radisson Hospitality AB, confirming its intention to support the Company for the foreseeable future and for at least a 12 month period following the date of approval of these financial statements. It is on this basis that the Directors consider it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
