“The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through generated cash flows, long term loans from within the Metso Oyj group and through the participation in a Metso Oyj group cash pooling arrangement. Consequently, while the company's forecasts and projections, including modelling sensitivities that take account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the company is expected to continue to be cash generative and be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due, the ability of the company to continue as a going concern is reliant on the Metso Oyj group continuing as a going concern and providing financial support through this cash pooling arrangement and loan long term loan facilities. The company's ultimate parent undertaking, Metso Oyj, has confirmed that it will continue to provide financial support to the company for the period to 31 December 2026.”
