“The directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, encompassing a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. The group's strategy of offering very long payment terms supports its working capital, enhances cash flow management, and provides greater liquidity and flexibility in meeting short-term obligations. Based on the company's cashflow forecast, budget and projections, as well as a letter of support from Yokohama Rubber Company, management is satisfied that the company will be able to operate within the level of its facilities for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Yokohama Europe GmbH the liability company will repay the loan of £1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand pounds sterling) to Yokohama H.P.T. The loan was repaid in full on the 23rd December 2025.”
