“The directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the Company's financial statements. The directors have applied sensitivities to the forecast outturn and considered downside scenarios, including a fall in forecast gross profit margin of DSM Demolition Limited. The directors have options available to mitigate cashflow reductions and maintain headroom, such as the suspension of non-essential capital expenditure. The base case business plan is well supported by the strength of DSM Demolition Limited secured order book. The cashflow shows that the Company has sufficient cash headroom to continue to operate and meet its obligations over the coming year.”
