“Having reviewed IBA's financial forecasts and expected future cash flows up to the year ending 31 December 2028, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future being at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024.”
