Going concern
Affirmed

“After making enquiries, and based on the assumptions outlined in note 1, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis for accounting in preparing the annual financial statements. The directors have received confirmation that Brookhouse Properties Limited, the company's parent company, will continue to provide the necessary level of support to enable the company to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. In considering the ability of Brookhouse Properties Limited to provide any necessary support in the context of the uncertainties it faces as a result of the current economic climate, the directors have obtained an understanding of Brookhouse Properties Limited's forecasts, the continuing availability of its facilities and its strategic and contingent plans. After considering the income flows available to the group together with the underlying covenant strength of its tenants (including the impact of the uncertainties in the general economy) and its commitments including, in particular, those in relation to the financing of the group for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue to operate as a going concern for the foreseeable future.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-09-24 vs 2024-09-24

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
