“The directors have prepared forecasts for the company and the UK group of companies (UK Group) to 31 December 2025. The company's ultimate parent undertaking, The Myers-Briggs Company in the US, have agreed to waive any repayment of intercompany loan and royalty payments for at least 12 months and have provided a letter of support to the company to 31 December 2025 which have been taken account of in the forecasts and the directors' assessment of going concern. During 2025, the performance of The Myers-Briggs Company in the US, the ultimate parent company of The Myers-Briggs Company Limited, has improved following reduction in costs and ongoing restructuring, leading to positive EBITDA results. Furthermore, the steps, undertaken during this period and post year end to reduce the cost base, are expected to continue to benefit the financial performance of the group so that it is cash generative and maintains positive EBITDA in 2026. This has led the parent company to being able to support The Myers-Briggs Company if needed, to continue to meet its obligations.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
