“Having considered the financial position of the Company, post year end financial results and forecasts, and after making inquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date these financial statements were approved. Furthermore, the Company has a loan from its immediate parent undertaking of £428,200 which is contractually due for repayment on 31 December 2025. As such, the loan is included within borrowings due within one year. However, it is the intention of the immediate parent undertaking to extend the repayment date of this facility. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
