“The financial statements have been prepared on the assumption that the Company will continue as a going concern... The directors have reviewed forecasts for the Company for a period of 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements. The Company is expected to operate within the levels of its retained profit and available cash reserves for the foreseeable future... Having considered these circumstances, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
