- “The Profit Diversion Compliance Facility outcome (PDCF) was finalised with HMRC in May 2024 and additional tax of £6.5m was paid, by way of assessment, relating to the tax years ended 31 December 2017 to 2021. Consequently income of £42m arose in 2024. This is a one-off increase and from 2025 onwards we expect the profit levels to return to a more normal level.”
