• “Celotex Limited transferred its business (including its stock in trade and work in progress, its assets and known liabilities) to Saint-Gobain Construction Products UK Limited, on and with effect from 31 December 2015.”
• “Celotex Limited has not traded since 31 December 2015 and the directors do not expect that it will trade in the future. The transactions in the year reflect a settlement in respect of the Grenfell Tower fire alongside an insurance reimbursement.”
• “Products from two Celotex ranges (RS5000 and TB4000) were purchased via distributors and used as one component of the rainscreen cladding system designed and installed (by third parties) on the external facade in refurbishing Grenfell Tower. Following the Grenfell Tower fire on 14 June 2017, a Public Inquiry was constituted.”
