Going concern
Affirmed

“The Board of directors are satisfied that the company is a going concern due to the fact that an undertaking not to enforce recovery from or payment to group undertakings within 12 months of the date of signing the financial statements is in force. An integrated financial model has been prepared to the financial year ending 30 September 2027 which after applying sensitivities shows that the group has sufficient financial resources to trade as a going concern. Net current liabilities are (£5,535k) (2023: (£5,083k)), excluding current amounts owed to/from group undertakings the company is in a net asset position of £1,229k (2023: £1,276k). Letters of intent are in place that no amounts owed to/from group undertakings will be demanded within 12 months of the date of signing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
