“The directors have considered forecast profit and associated cash flows for the coming year from the date of this report and the net current liability position. The directors have considered the facilities available to the entity and are of the opinion that the company and the group can operate within the facilities available for the period of the cash flow forecast and can meet their obligations as they fall due for a period of 12 months from date of signing these financial statements. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
