Material uncertainty over going concern
The company has net assets of £259,563 (2023 restated: £162,187). Following the AXA Asset Management acquisition by BNP Paribas SA on 1 July 2025 and the subsequent execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement between BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory & Property Management UK Limited and BNP Paribas Asset Management Holdings for the sale of the company's shares on 18 July 2025, the UK REIM activities will be merged with the wider BNP Paribas group later this year and the Company will be subsequently liquidated. Given management's intention to liquidate the company in the next 12 months and following completion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, the entity is no longer deemed a going concern. The directors have therefore adopted a basis of accounting other than going concern in preparing the annual financial statements. No adjustments arose as a result of ceasing to apply going concern basis.
