• “In the 2024 accounting period and prior years, the Company received tax losses for nil consideration, with an estimated £5.1m of gross losses received in 2024 and the previous 4 accounting periods. The WildBrain Ltd. Group is reassessing its surrender of losses for group relief arising in these years in becoming aware of circumstances where, a distribution may have taken place otherwise than in accordance with UK company law. As of the date of these financial statements, the Company is in the process of determining whether any remedial action needs to be taken. The remedial action might include payment for the losses although this is yet to be determined.”
