“The Directors have considered the Company's position at the time of signing the financial statements, and in particular the current financial strength of the Company, and the economic environment. Based on the above, the Directors have concluded that they have a strong expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. Therefore the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing these financial statements.”
