“The company has a deficit in shareholders funds at 31 March 2024. However, substantially all of the company's liabilities are owed to its immediate and intermediate parent companies. The directors have concluded there is no significant going concern risk as, with the confirmed continuing financial support from the ultimate parent company Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (which have provided confirmation of financial support, should it be required, for the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements). The directors believe that the company will be able to continue to meet its obligations and liabilities as and when they fall due.”
