“As at 31 October 2024, the net liabilities of the company amounted to £2,934,565. The company has also made a loss for the year of £2,141,285 net of tax. These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis based on the directors' assessment of the company's future performance, available capital resources and the results from detailed forecasting to 31 December 2025 sensitised using reasonable scenarios. The company has continuing support available from Deep-Sea Leisure Plc, a related company in the Leisure Resources International group, to enable it to continue operating and meet its liabilities as they fall due. Deep-Sea Leisure Plc has agreed to provide continued funding for these purposes if required until 28 February 2026. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
