“The company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cashflow. The company had a net current asset position of £36.2m at 31 December 2024 (2023: £17.4m) and profit after tax of £5.5m (2023: loss after tax of £9.5m) for the year then ended. Based on future projections of financial performance, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
