“The assumptions within the forecasts have also been sensitised and this work has concluded that the Company expects to have adequate funding across these scenarios. As a result of this work, the Directors are satisfied that the Company has adequate funding and banking facilities available that will allow for further growth for a period of at least 12 months from the date at which the financial statements are signed and hence have concluded it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “2024 revenues increased by £391k but profitability was restrained by continuing costs relating to the continuing high energy costs and increased staff costs.”
- “The most significant of these is the additional charge of £0.6m included in staff costs resulting from an employee share scheme which was set up during 2024 to ensure employees are rewarded for the company's future growth.”
- “The business is now well placed to take advantage and exploit the significant investments in assets and people in this trading year. It will create new lines of business in High Temperature Ceramics and CMC developments; in technologies to encapsulate difficult to dispose of materials; in the application of Hydrogen to the sintering of Ceramics.”
- “Cash balances held by the company reduced at the end of the financial period to an overdraft balance of £0.6m compared to £1m cash held at the end of the previous period. This was as a result of the loss incurred in the year and the bank loan of £1.3m being fully repaid in the year.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
