“The Directors have assessed the ongoing business activities and the factors likely to affect the future development, performance and financial position of the Company for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. In line with the Group approach, the Company's forecasts and projections take account of (i) reasonably possible declines in revenue or increases in costs arising from severe but plausible downside scenarios; and (ii) the results of reverse stress tests to qualify the level of revenue declines compared to 2024, taking into account cost mitigation actions which could be implemented. As at 31 December 2024, the Company has net current assets of £3,059,689 and net assets of £3,371,304 and can therefore meet its short and long-term obligations as they fall due. After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
