“The directors have prepared detailed forecasts that show the group and the parent company will have sufficient financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, being at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In preparing these forecasts the directors have made certain assumptions around forecast revenue and cash flows which they believe are prudent. This exercise included "stress testing" the forecast to identify how low the revenue can go before it becomes critical for the overall operations: Activity levels have been mixed across our portfolio at the beginning of the new financial year and the directors continue to monitor closely our cash available and cost base given this start, as we continue to work with speed on increasing our volumes with new product offerings and winning back share. The management of cash availability remains a key metric. The group continues to have access to the long standing invoice discounting facility in the UK. This facility will require renewal during the forecast period, the directors are confident that this will be renewed and if not, an alternative provider of such a facility can be found. For Poland all our facilities were renewed within the year with a new banking partner and is working well. Polish facilities now have both an invoice discounting facility and an overdraft option. These will also go through a renewal process within the year ahead and the directors are confident that the new partner will reconfirm the facilities for another year. Accordingly, the directors have continued to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “In December 2024, Cornelius also gained an investor into the business, Eigenmann & Veronelli S.p.A. (E&V)... The agreement will likely lead to a full acquisition by E&V during 2027.”
- “We placed our Russian subsidiary into a sale process such that we exit that jurisdiction. During the year we signed papers passing control of the business to the management team... At this point we ceased to consolidate this entity into the group accounts.”
- “The business completed its cost right sizing exercise early in the year helping us deliver a break-even financial performance after 3 quarters but even this programme was not enough to prevent a loss making Q4.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
