“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves, generated from consultancy and professional services under fixed-price contracts and cost-plus recharge arrangements. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements. Financial support by CK Hutchison Holdings Limited has been confirmed for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”

• “On 23 May 2023, the IASB issued narrow-scope amendments to IAS 12, 'Income Taxes', that provided mandatory temporary relief from the requirement to recognise and disclose information about deferred taxes arising from the implementation of the Pillar Two model rules. The exemption was endorsed by the UK Endorsement Board. In adopting these amendments, the Company has applied the mandatory temporary relief from recognising and disclosing information about deferred tax assets and liabilities related to Pillar Two income taxes. On 11 July 2023, the government of the United Kingdom enacted the Pillar Two income taxes legislation effective from 1 January 2024. The Company is a subsidiary of the CKHH which is an MNE Group subject to Pillar Two legislation. Accordingly, under the legislation, the Company may be required to pay, in the United Kingdom, top-up tax on profits if CKHH's subsidiaries in the United Kingdom are taxed at an effective tax rate of less than 15 per cent. The impact of these rules on the Company's income tax position is not material.”
