“The going concern basis of accounting is considered to be appropriate for the Group and Company as there are no material uncertainties in existence. The Group has performed financial modelling for the period to 31 December 2026 and no issues were identified that would give rise to a going concern risk. As a consequence, the directors believe that the Group is well placed to manage its business risks successfully and have a reasonable expectation that the Group and Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
