“The company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves and intercompany cash pool account. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have also obtained confirmation that financial support will continue for the foreseeable future from the TK Elevator GmbH. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
