This transaction is to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act, which was published on 23 May 2025. This scheme of arrangement was approved by the shareholders of Urban Logistics REIT PLC at a General Meeting held on the 13 June 2025, with an effective date of the 23 June 2025, resulting in the intended cancellation of listing of, and trading in, Urban Logistics REIT PLC shares on the 24th June.”
