“Forecasts have been prepared for the period to 30 September 2026, based on management's best estimate of future demand, which show the Company is forecast to have a cash balance at 30 September 2026 of £1.39m. The Directors have not performed a stress test as the Company has a cost-plus agreement with the fellow group companies it services, ensuring that the Company will always be profitable and cash generative. However, due to the reliance of the Company on these related companies being able to settle the amounts they owe on a timely basis, the directors have received written confirmation from the directors of the ultimate parent company, CB Poly Holdings LLC, that it will provide the Company with financial support to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due until 30 September 2026.”
