- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “The results of the Company for the year were impacted by a number of recent changes in the market including the introduction of legislation as a result of the Building Safety Act 2022 which has originated due to the consequences of the Grenfell Tower Fire in 2019. The rigours of the Building Safety Act has resulted in a dramatic backlog in the approval of the design and specification of the construction of new high rise buildings and this has had a major impact in the volume of turnover that we were able to achieve in the 2025 year end.”
- “In the year to 30 April 2024 the company received a claim from a customer regarding delays it alleges occurred on a supply contract, which the company contended. A provision of £395,565 was made for the claim by the customer based on the directors' best estimate of the costs the company will incur in settling the matter should the claim by the customer be accepted in full. The issue has been fully resolved in the year to 30 April 2025.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
