“The directors have prepared projected cash flow information for the period of twelve months from the date of approval of the balance sheet taking account of the bank facilities available to the Group which were renewed after the balance sheet date and reasonably possible changes in trading performance. Accordingly the directors are confident that the going concern basis for preparing these accounts remains appropriate.”
