“Despite the Company having net current liabilities at the balance sheet date the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue to operate in the foreseeable future, for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing and approving of these financial statements, the Company holds a letter of support from it's parent Sytner Group Limited to provide adequate resources to allow the Company to fulfil all obligations and commitments should support be required. This being the case the Directors consider that there are no material uncertainties and continue to adopt the going concern assumption in the preparation of the financial statements.”
