“The directors have reviewed the Company's cash flow and operating forecasts and have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future (for the period ending 31 December 2026). In addition, under the terms of the Group's banking arrangement, security over the Company's assets has been granted to the Group's bankers so the Directors of Renew Holdings plc have provided a letter of support to the Company stating that Renew Holdings plc will provide support for the Company should it be required to enable it to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due until 31 December 2026.”
