- Going concern
- Affirmed
“At the time of approving the financial statements, based on the cash flow forecasts the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company had adequate resources to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Purdy have experienced a 6.8% reduction in revenues during the year. This has been driven in part due to the strategic exit of a private sector mechanical contract which previously contributed £3.6m of revenues. This has been coupled with client delays in some work streams which since year end are now underway.”
- “In the second half of the year the Company has established an office in East Anglia, and have secured several new contracts through the Eastern Procurement Framework. These new wins were mobilised during FY24 and are expected to have significant benefit in future periods.”
- “Given the expansion into East Anglia and the commencement of delayed works, the Directors expect to return to growth for FY25 and beyond.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
