“The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pets at Home Group Plc and is therefore supported by the Group's borrowing facility. The Group has access to a revolving facility of £300.0m, which expires on 30 September 2028 and a £21.0m asset backed loan which expires on 27 March 2030. The Group has £61.0m drawn down including the asset backed loan at 9 October 2025 and cash balances of £49.0m. The Group has been in compliance with all covenants applicable to this facility within the financial year and is forecast to continue to be in compliance for 12 months from the date of signing of the financial statements.”
