“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company has net current liabilities of £1,896,390. (2024 - £2,008,594). The directors manage the cashflow on a daily basis to ensure that the company is able to trade within its bank facilities. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
