“The company's forecasts and projections... show that the company should be able to operate within the level of its current facilities. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have received confirmation that if cash reserves become depleted the immediate parent undertaking, Komori International (Europe) B.V. (KIE), will provide financial support to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least one year after the approval date of these financial statements. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
