Significant events
- “In July 2025, the Company announced a proposal to cease manufacturing at its Ashton-under-Lyne site due to declining volumes, rising costs, and increasing operational complexities, which made continued operations unsustainable. Following a consultation process with affected employees and their representatives, the directors decided in September 2025 to cease manufacturing during 2026. As a result, the financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2024 have been prepared on a non-going concern basis, reflecting an impairment of fixed assets of £1,920,000 and provisions of £2,000,000 for severance and closure related costs.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
