“The Company has net assets of £53.8m and an unaudited solvency coverage ratio of 171.2% as at the balance sheet date, 31 December 2024. The Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
