“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Directors have considered the cash flows of the Company for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, concluding that, the Company will have sufficient funds, through funding from its fellow subsidiary company, Smurfit Kappa Treasury Unlimited, to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. This assessment is also dependent upon the Company's fellow subsidiary companies not seeking repayments of the amounts due to the group on 31 December 2024.”
