“Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £14.3m as at 31 December 2024, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which the directors consider appropriate for the following reasons. The Contract Manufacturing Agreement between the parent company, Mercedes-Benz AG and Mercedes AMG High Performance Powertrains Limited ensures that the company will be provided with sufficient funds to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due and that the parent company will not seek repayment of amounts due from the Company.”
