- “Management has been carefully monitoring the effect of the current situation in Ukraine. The Company had ceased trading with the affected customers since 24 February 2022. In September 2025, the amended Russian (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 were updated. Management continuously considers the impact of these regulations and of the conflict more generally and has concluded that there has been no material impact on the day-to-day operations of the Company.”
