“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes the Company will have sufficient funds available to enable it to continue to trade for the foreseeable future. In making their assessment that this assumption is correct, the directors have undertaken an in-depth review of the business, its current performance, prospects and cash resources. As at 30 June 2025, the Company had net current assets of £133,740,000 (2024: net current assets of £119,660,000) and net assets of £215,437,000 (2024: net assets of £208,796,000). The Company is part of the Bloor Investments Limited Group ("the Group"). The Group funds its operations through a combination of shareholder's funds, bank loans and overdrafts and other borrowings. The bank loans and bank overdrafts are arranged on a sub-group basis by Bloor Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bloor Investments Limited. The majority of the group's financing facilities, which are on a secured basis, are now committed for a period to 31 March 2030. These are subject to covenants which are reported on a quarterly basis and remain largely unutilised. The directors have reviewed the Group's trading and cash forecasts, which take into account possible changes in trading activities including severe but plausible downside scenarios, reflecting reductions in house and bike volumes and house prices. These show that the Group will have adequate resources to meet its liabilities for the foreseeable future and for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. The forecasting exercise also demonstrated that there is only a remote possibility that the Group could not meet its banking commitments and covenants. The Company has a letter of support from its ultimate parent company for 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Significant events
- “The Company has faced far-reaching challenges during the financial year. International trade has become more complex and costly due to the impact of tariffs which have further impacted foreign exchange. Competitors have aggressively promoted their products to realign their inventory levels and correct oversupply. Additionally, consumers worldwide are experiencing increasing pressure on their disposable income due to inflationary and economic pressures.”
- “The Group enters the new fiscal year with continued momentum, driven by a diverse and strategically focused model line-up. Recently the Tiger Sport 800, Speed Triple RS, and RX, have delivered strong global sales growth, while the brand's expansion into the off-road segment has been marked by the launch of the TF 250-E and TF 450-E enduro models, followed by the TF 250-C, TF 450-C, and TF 450-X. The coming year sees the introduction of the TXP electric youth motorcycle range, the new Trident 800, the sub-500cc range continues to grow with the global rollout of the Scrambler 400 XC and the Thruxton 400 in India, whilst further update across the Bonneville family will bring enhanced rider-focused technology.”
- “The erection of a new manufacturing factory in Thailand was decided and completed and fitted out in quarter 4 of FY25 and will become operational in the first half of FY26.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
