“The Directors have, at the time of approving the financial statements, a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period to 31 August 2026. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. The Company's funding arrangements include a working capital facility provided by a £2,000,000 negative balance limit with the cash pool, which is currently undrawn, that continues to be made available by Equans S.A.S. The Company does not have third party borrowings (external to the Equans group). The budgeted cash flows for the Company, available liquidity through positive cash balances and an undrawn negative balance facility with the cash pool, all allow the Directors to have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period to 31 August 2026 and therefore apply the going concern basis of preparation for the statutory accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024.”

Significant events
- “On 19 July 2024, the Company completed the sale of the trade and assets in respect of one of the Company's contracts, which were classified as a disposal group held-for-sale as at 31 December 2023. The Company received cash proceeds of £6,750,000 on completion and the book value of the assets, as at the date of disposal, was £4,370,000. The Company has therefore recognised a profit on disposal of £2,380,000 during 2024. The sale of the trade and assets has had a big impact on the Company's results for the year. The turnover has decreased significantly, reflecting the loss of this contract half-way through the year, as well as the full year impact of the three contracts that expired during 2023.”
- “On 3 September 2024, Elyo Falcon Limited was placed into voluntary liquidation.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
