“Notwithstanding net liabilities of £156,000 as at 31 December 2024, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Directors of R.G. Carter Construction Limited, the company's immediate parent company have prepared a Group cash flow forecast for a period to December 2026 which indicates that the Group will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period.”
