“After making enquiries, incorporating the Company's forecasts and its financial position, the letter of support from parent company, Grundfos Pumps Limited, along with the Directors' assessment of Grundfos Pumps Limited's ability to provide such support, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.
