“The charity's forecasts and projections for the next twelve months show that the group should be able to continue in operational existence for that period, taking into account reasonable possible changes in trading performance and the potential impact of adverse events political, economic or environmental (national/international). The charity and its trading subsidiaries have strong positive cash balances and is forecasting for this to continue to be the case. The trustees have stress-tested their forecasts, taking into account various scenarios, and remain confident that while the economic uncertainties remain, they do not cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern.”

Revenues generated by the garden centre supports our charitable purposes which includes the delivery of care services, employability and education programmes.
   2. Azure College Limited · England · established (in February of this year) to advance and provide education, training and care those with learning difficulties, special education needs or disabilities in a caring and sheltered environment.
   3. Azure Property Management Services Ltd 100% · England · operates Azure's investment property (Newburn Business Centre) and which provides supported employment opportunities for our beneficiaries and which generates revenue for the charity to support its charitable purposes.
