“The Company is dependent on the support of the parent company to continue as a going concern. During 2024 the Company made a profit before tax, mainly as a result of the investment property revaluation gain. The directors' forecasts and projections at the group level, taking account of reasonably possible future changes in trading performance, show that the parent company should be able to operate within its current level of facilities and provide continued support to the Company for the next 12 months from the date of signing of these financial statements. The parent company has confirmed its support for a period of at least one year from the date of signing of the financial statements of the Company to enable the Company to pay its liabilities and commitments as they arise. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
