“The Directors have assessed the ongoing business activities and the potential impact that the volatility of global economic conditions may have on the liquidity, performance and financial position of the Company for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. The Company has net current assets of £ 66,654,000 and net assets of £ 67,968,000 and can therefore meet its short and long-term obligations as they fall due. This net asset position is largely driven by the intercompany cash pool balance of £76,440,000. The conditions of these cash pooling arrangements, which are described in the Contingent Liability note, were considered by the Directors when assessing the appropriateness of the going concern basis of the Company. The Company remains in a profitable position with operating profit of £1,953,000 and is forecasted to remain profitable for the foreseeable future.”
